Campground Statuses during COVID-19
The beginning of camping season has been unusual this year. Campgrounds have been closed across America and travel restricted. A few of us would have already completed a road trip or two by this time. Instead, we are keeping ourselves and others safe by sheltering in place. It is inspiring to hear how you, our Entegra Coach family, are still finding ways to use your coaches. We hear stories of owners and pets relaxing, prepping for the upcoming season, and making your very own backyards a camping destination. These stories prove that our passion for coaches is as strong as ever. Home truly is where we park it. It’s the family and friends we spend time with that make our destinations so memorable.
The time we are spending at home has made us all eager to camp again. Many have likely thought about a road trip to a favorite location or started a search for a new destination to explore. As various parts of the country relax social and travel restrictions, we are seeing travel options become available again. Our National Parks and campgrounds are starting their phased process of reopening and providing plans for the best way to camp post mandated closures. There are new federal, state, and campground guidelines to understand when planning trips. Everyone will have a lot of questions in the coming weeks and months about campground openings. Can we travel to a particular state? What guidelines can we expect upon arrival to a particular campground? Entegra Coach has organized a few COVID-19 resources to help. Not all camping areas will be open, but we want you to make the most out of the camping opportunities that are available.
